All customers who purchase any GDN products my must understand that they are digital files to GDN workout and nutrition plans. No physical products will be shipped to the address that you provide when purchasing. The downloadable files can be downloaded to a desktop, tablet, or phone and used anywhere or anytime. If for some reason your device cannot download the MP4 file for all GDN products, contact me through my contact information and we will go over my refund policy to get you your money back.
