When I was young, I did not have the best eating habits. I was blessed to participate in a lot of sports and games and I was served great meals on the dinner table every night, but there was something inside of me that wanted to eat sweets and salty snacks outside of those meals. There was also something in me that did not want to build muscle and stay lean. From a sugary ice-cream sundae with all the toppings before I went to bed or a couple of pop tarts for breakfast in the morning, I was chowing down with no worries. As I got into my late teenage years, I looked in the mirror and I wanted my body to change for the better. After a lot of experimenting, trials, and tribulations, I finally made a consistent workout plan and weekly diet plan that made me feel better about myself.
